- You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period.
Refunds
We stand behind YGOPLUS with a simple, fair policy:
- 30‑day money‑back guarantee: If you’re not satisfied, request a full refund within 30 days of your first paid subscription charge (monthly or yearly).
- How to request: Email [email protected] from your account email and include your username or the email on file.
- Processing time: Approved refunds are issued through our payment processor and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
- Scope: The guarantee applies to the first payment on a new subscription. Renewals, upgrades/downgrades, and previously refunded accounts aren’t automatically eligible, but we’ll review case‑by‑case.
- Abuse/fraud: We may decline refunds in cases of misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
